Welcome to Rapparappa. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Rapparappa website, mobile application, services and related platforms available through https://rapparappa.in.

Rapparappa is an online marketplace that enables customers to discover, browse and purchase products from participating stores, sellers and vendors through our platform. By accessing or using Rapparappa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

• "Rapparappa", "we", "us" or "our" refers to the operator of the Rapparappa platform.
• "Customer", "you" or "your" refers to any person accessing or using our platform or purchasing products through it.
• "Vendor", "Seller" or "Store" refers to an independent business or seller offering products through Rapparappa.
• "Delivery Partner" refers to an individual or logistics partner responsible for delivering an order.
• "Platform" means the Rapparappa website, application, software, APIs and associated services.
• "Order" means a request placed by a customer to purchase one or more products through the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate and complete information while creating an account or placing an order. By using Rapparappa, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• The information provided by you is accurate and up to date.
• You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• You will not misuse, abuse or interfere with the Platform.

3. Account Registration

Certain features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out through your account.

You must immediately notify Rapparappa if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Rapparappa reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive or unauthorized activities.

4. Marketplace Model

Rapparappa may operate as a multi-vendor marketplace. Products listed on the Platform may be supplied by independent vendors.

Each vendor is responsible for the accuracy of product information, pricing, availability, quality, packaging and fulfillment obligations applicable to products sold by that vendor.

Rapparappa facilitates the technology, ordering and delivery experience but may not manufacture, own or directly supply every product listed on the Platform.

5. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, descriptions, images, prices, quantities and other information displayed on the Platform are accurate.

However, product images may vary from the actual product due to screen settings, photography, packaging changes or manufacturer updates.

Product availability may change at any time. An item being displayed on the Platform does not guarantee that it will remain available until checkout or delivery.

6. Pricing

Product prices are displayed on the Platform and may be changed by the applicable vendor or by Rapparappa where permitted.

The final payable amount may include applicable taxes, delivery charges, platform/service charges, packaging charges, discounts or other applicable fees.

The amount payable by you will be shown during checkout before the order is submitted.

7. Placing an Order

When you place an order through Rapparappa, you are making a request to purchase the selected products subject to availability and acceptance.

An order may be cancelled by Rapparappa or the vendor in circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Product being unavailable.
• Incorrect or inaccurate product information.
• Pricing or technical errors.
• Delivery being unavailable in the selected area.
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
• Operational or logistical limitations.

8. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through the Platform, SMS, email, push notification or other available communication channel.

An order confirmation does not necessarily guarantee that every product will be available until the vendor begins processing the order.

9. Delivery

Delivery times displayed on the Platform are estimates and may vary depending on store preparation time, traffic, weather, location, availability of delivery partners and other circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and accessible delivery address and contact number.

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address or fails to respond to reasonable delivery attempts, additional charges or cancellation consequences may apply where permitted.

10. Payments

Rapparappa may support multiple payment methods including online payments, cards, UPI, wallets, net banking, cash on delivery and other methods enabled on the Platform.

Payments made through third-party payment gateways are subject to the terms and policies of the respective payment provider.

11. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available only for eligible orders, locations, vendors and products.

Rapparappa may restrict or disable Cash on Delivery for certain users, orders or locations based on operational, security or fraud-prevention considerations.

12. Discounts and Promotional Offers

Rapparappa may provide promotional codes, discounts, cashback, coupons, loyalty benefits or other promotional campaigns.

Each offer may have its own eligibility requirements, validity period, minimum order value, product restrictions or usage limits.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other offers.

13. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Create fake or multiple accounts for promotional abuse.
• Submit fraudulent orders.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.
• Abuse vendors, delivery partners or Rapparappa personnel.
• Use another person's account without authorization.

14. Reviews and User Content

Customers may be allowed to submit ratings, reviews, comments, photographs or other content.

You agree that your submissions must be truthful, lawful and relevant. Content that is abusive, defamatory, misleading, discriminatory, fraudulent, obscene or unlawful may be removed.

15. Intellectual Property

The Rapparappa name, logo, design, website interface, software, graphics, text and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit Rapparappa content without prior written permission.

16. Third-Party Services

Rapparappa may integrate third-party services including payment gateways, mapping providers, analytics services, communication providers and logistics services.

Your use of such services may also be subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rapparappa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

18. Suspension or Termination

Rapparappa may suspend or terminate access to the Platform where a user violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, abuses the Platform or otherwise creates a risk to Rapparappa, vendors, delivery partners or other users.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to Rapparappa's registered office, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
